Ready-made pieces are in stock and ship within 2–3 business days of your order.

Returns

Ready-made pieces may be returned within 10 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and unworn, in the same condition in which they were received. Please email cp@catherinepeck.com to initiate a return before sending anything back.

Shipping Timeline

Each piece is crafted individually once your order is placed. Handcrafted to order in 3–6 weeks — this is the nature of fine made-to-order jewelry and a hallmark of its quality.

Returns

All custom and made-to-order sales are final. Because each piece is created specifically for you — including sourced stones, custom configurations, and bespoke commissions — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you have questions about sizing, stone selection, or fit, please reach out before ordering.

Domestic Shipping (US)

Complimentary insured shipping on all US orders via UPS 2nd Day Air with signature required.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via insured express courier. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
