Returns

Ready-made pieces may be returned within 10 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and unworn, in the same condition in which they were received. To initiate a return, email cp@catherinepeck.com before sending anything back.

Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. Because each piece is created specifically for the customer who ordered it — including stones sourced for that order, custom configurations, and bespoke commissions — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Customers with questions about sizing, stone selection, configuration, or fit are encouraged to contact cp@catherinepeck.com before placing an order.

Complimentary Resizing

One complimentary resize is included with every ring purchase, available within 60 days of delivery. Resizing requests received after 60 days, or any subsequent resize on the same piece, are billed at cost.

To request a resize, email cp@catherinepeck.com with the order number and desired ring size. The customer is responsible for shipping the piece to Catherine Peck; return shipping is included with the complimentary resize.

Certain ring styles cannot be resized due to their construction. If this applies to a particular piece, the customer will be informed at the time of the request, and an alternative — typically a remake at material cost, or a credit toward a future commission — will be offered.

Lifetime Warranty

Every Catherine Peck piece is covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in manufacturing and craftsmanship. Covered repairs include:

  • Loose or shifting prongs
  • Broken or weakened chain links under normal wear
  • Stones that come loose from their original setting
  • Failed clasps, jump rings, or other findings
  • Structural issues with rings, settings, or pendants

Warranty repairs are completed at no charge to the customer. There is no time limit and no original-receipt requirement, provided the piece carries the Catherine Peck maker's mark.

The warranty covers craftsmanship, not damage from accident, misuse, or attempted repair by a third party. Pieces showing signs of repair or alteration performed elsewhere may not be eligible for warranty service.

At-Cost Repairs

When a repair requires new material — additional gold, a replacement stone, or an alloy not used in the original piece — labor remains free of charge, and the material is billed at cost. This applies to:

  • Lost or damaged stones requiring replacement
  • Broken chains or components requiring additional gold
  • Repairs requiring an alloy not used in the original build

A written estimate is provided before any at-cost repair is undertaken. No work begins without explicit customer approval.

How to Request a Repair

To initiate a repair, email cp@catherinepeck.com with:

  • Photographs of the piece showing the issue
  • A brief description of what occurred
  • The original order number, if available

A response with shipping instructions and next steps will be provided within 3–5 business days.

Care and Maintenance

Catherine Peck pieces are designed for daily wear. Professional cleaning, polishing, and inspection is recommended every 12–24 months and is available at cost. Email cp@catherinepeck.com for details.
