A vintage pearl strand that alternates between white and warm peach as it moves — restrung by hand on white silk with 14k yellow gold findings, then interrupted at six points by floating diamonds: a 2.08ct marquise, a 1.06ct bullet, a 1ct pear in light yellowish grey, a 1.01ct Ashoka, a 1.04ct hexagon, and a 1.22ct heart. Each stone is laser-drilled and suspended on fine platinum links rather than set — no prongs, no bezels, just the diamond and the pearl strand and the space between them.
How to wear it:
Opera length at its full 41.25 inches — worn long, layered over a turtleneck or a bare collarbone, with the floating diamonds catching at different points as it moves.
Doubled over into two strands — the ombré reads differently at half length, the gradient compressed, the pearls closer together. A different necklace in the same material.
Lariat-style, clasped at different points along the strand — one shoulder higher than the other, the tail falling off-center. The lobster clasp is heavy enough to hold wherever you put it.
