A heart-cut diamond solitaire with everything around it that the heart implies. The bezel is a small bouquet — fine scalloped petals running the perimeter of the stone — and at the top of the heart sits a tiny gold bow, the kind of detail a more restrained ring would have edited out. The shank is plain. That's the whole composition: flowers, a heart, a bow.

The center stone is a 1-carat heart-cut lab diamond, available as a white E-F or as a fancy pink. The pink version is the one with the story. Fancy pink diamonds at this size and saturation used to start at $10,000 — that was before lab-grown changed the math. The same stone, in the same color, set into a ring where the bezel reads as flowers and the top reads as a bow.

Available in 10-karat, 14-karat, or 18-karat yellow gold. Sizes 3 through 10, half sizes included. Every stone is IGI certified.
