The East-West Dutch Marquise Diamond
A 1.04-carat Dutch marquise cut lab diamond at M color, VS1 clarity — drilled at two points and suspended by twin 14k yellow gold jump rings on a 4mm paperclip chain. The Dutch marquise is an elongated hexagon: a marquise’s silhouette with the points trimmed flat into short straight edges. The east-west orientation runs that long, six-sided profile horizontal across the neck — wide, geometric, and architectural in a way a brilliant cut never is.
