A matched pair of pear-cut lab diamonds, 0.40 ct and 0.38 ct, both D color and VVS2 clarity — each laser-drilled through the table, suspended by a 14k yellow gold jump ring, and soldered onto a fine threader earring chain. The threader passes through the ear; the diamond sits in front and the chain falls behind — two slender lines of gold with a single point of light at each.
