7 inches of hand-strung black Tahitian pearls with two floating natural fancy brown diamonds — a 0.15-carat marquise and a 0.15-carat oval, each drilled at two points and held north-south by twin 14k white gold jump rings. Brown diamonds against black pearls: quiet, warm, one-of-one. Closed with a reclaimed vintage 14k white gold clasp — saved from a pile I’d planned to melt.
