Vintage Saltwater Pearl Bracelet with 10 Pear-Cut Aquamarines
Sea-glass color against vintage pearl — the platinum jump rings are deliberate, not a substitute. Gold would warm the blue and dull it.
Ten pear-cut natural aquamarines, each approximately 0.65 carats, float on the strand on platinum jump rings. The platinum was chosen for temperature: it holds the aquamarine’s particular blue without pushing it toward the warm end of the spectrum, the way yellow gold does. White gold was considered and rejected — platinum reads colder and cleaner, and cleaner is right for this stone.
The bracelet measures 6.5” with a total end-to-end length of 7.5”. Two finish options: Ribbon Finish, tied at the wrist in white silk satin, or Bail Finish, a 14K hinged oval charm bail in yellow or white gold.
